These terms define the relationship that arises between the operator and the individuals or organisations who visit its pages. The site is an independent source of information focused on the Chance brand, and it includes affiliate links.

Some words have a fixed meaning here. By “website” we mean the pages available at chance-promo.cz. A “user” is a natural or legal person who visits the website or otherwise works with its content. Without the operator's prior written consent, it is prohibited to use the website content beyond personal use, especially to disseminate, copy or alter it. Texts, graphics, databases, page structure and source code enjoy protection under zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., the Czech Copyright Act, as amended.

As for the trademarks of the Chance brand, they belong to their owner. The website operator has no rights to them, and featuring them on the website does not give rise to any relationship between the operator and the owner of the trademarks. The marks are mentioned here only descriptively, so that readers know which brand and which products the information deals with.

Do affiliate links affect the content? No. What the website publishes, in what order and how it rates it does not depend on them.

What is an affiliate link? A link that may take the user to a gambling operator or to one of its business partners. The website operator may receive a commission for a click on it.

Does the user pay anything extra? No, using such a link brings no additional fees for the user.

All legal relationships arising in connection with the use of the website are subject to Czech law, primarily the Civil Code and other applicable regulations. Any disputes are decided by the website operator's general court in the Czech Republic.

A user who is a consumer may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI) for out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute. These terms are not fixed for ever. The website operator has the right to change or extend them at any time without needing users' consent, and the new wording starts to apply as soon as it appears on the website.

These terms come into effect on the day they are published on the website. If a provision were to lose its validity or effectiveness, the rest of the terms would continue to apply and be effective. Legal relationships not expressly regulated here are governed by the legal regulations of the Czech Republic in their current wording.
